Hi, this has been put together by :: Kiwi, Popstar, and Critical Cookies!

.:1:. Do not put fake newspapers saying that they're offical.
.:2:. If fake newspapers are put up, please say they ARE NOT OFFCIAL.
.:3:. Do not bash or flame the newspaper.
.:4:. Please use this sub-forum to discuss the newspaper, was it useful, was it pointless? What?
.:5:. Rate it 1-5 stars! (*-Useless **-Okay ***-Average ****-Excellent *****-Awesome

.:6:. If you rate an issue out loud, please do it correctly. (Ex: Issue 1 from volume 1 is five stars! [Awesome!])
.:7:. ONE thread about an issue only, these are created by moderators or members.
.:8:. Absolutely NO cursing/swearing.
.:9:. NO SPAM!
